• We cannot predict any issues that may arise while on any of our charters, we can assure you that all our vessels are well maintained. In some cases that are out of our control such as weather elements we may issue a credit towards a future rental which will be valid up to one year. However, we do not offer refunds or returns, no exception’s. A 5% credit card fee is charged to every booking. A 500$ Penalty is charged to any “No -Show” / Last minute canceled Reservation.

Additional information:

• Wear appropriate, good quality water shoes with traction.
• DO NOT wear high heels.
• In colder weather, bring along extra layers of clothing; the ocean can be much cooler than on land.
• Bring sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and hair bands to help against the wind
